Dallas, TX — November 13, 2025 — Ballistic Glass & Armor Solutions (BGAS), a leading manufacturer of advanced ballistic and forced-entry glazing systems, has completed the installation of its Defendoor™ all-glass security door systems at the executive offices of a major defense manufacturing facility in Texas.
The installation took place within the campus of one of the nation’s most advanced defense companies. The customer sought a solution that would deliver uncompromising protection for senior personnel and critical infrastructure while maintaining the clean, modern architectural aesthetic of the executive spaces. BGAS was selected at the recommendation of a leading security consultancy following a rigorous evaluation of available door technologies. Defendoor was chosen as the only solution on the market providing genuine ASTM F3561 Level 7 forced-entry protection and UL 752 Level 3 ballistic performance in a Class A, all-glass door system.

In addition to two Defendoor systems, BGAS deployed 19 oversized panels of its ForceShield™ Level 3 ballistic glazing (some panels exceeding 10 feet in height) to secure the executive and sensitive operational zones. The integration of Defendoor doors, hardware, and ballistic glazing delivered an elegant, full-glass aesthetic without compromising protection from armed assailants.
